I’m not receiving emails from Audio Peeps

Please review your email settings and/or Spam folder and confirm the address support@audiopeeps.net hasn’t been erroneously flagged as spam.

 

Using Gmail as an example:

 

1)  Click your Google Apps button (a grid with 9 dots) and click Contacts.

2)  Create Contact.

3)  At “Primary Email” enter: support@audiopeeps.net

 

If you find Audio Peeps emails in your Spam folder within Gmail, simply open that particular email and click the button ‘Not spam’ directly above the message. This will instruct Gmail to not flag our emails as spam moving forward.
